RealtimeCopilot 收集以下信息以提供服务：

  • 录音数据：面试过程中的音频录制（默认存储在本地）
  • 转录文本：语音识别生成的文字内容和问答对
  • 上传文档：您上传的 PDF、Word、TXT 文件内容
  • 支付数据：积分购买记录和会员状态信息

2. 第三方服务 / Third-Party Services

我们使用以下第三方服务来提供核心功能：

语音识别

3. 数据存储 / Data Storage

您的数据存储方式如下：

  • 用户隔离：每个用户的数据完全独立，使用独立的向量索引或过滤条件
  • 安全存储：密码使用加密方式存储，支付数据由第三方处理
  • 录音本地化：面试录音默认存储在您的本地设备

4. AI 训练承诺 / AI Training Commitment

重要承诺

我们郑重承诺：您的数据绝不会用于训练任何 AI 模型。您的面试录音、文档内容、对话历史等所有数据仅用于为您提供实时答案建议服务，不会用于任何模型训练或改进目的。

5. 录音存储政策 / Recording Storage Policy

  • 本地存储：面试录音默认存储在您的浏览器本地，服务器不保留原始音频文件
  • 手动保存：如您需要保留录音，请手动下载保存
  • 转录文本：语音识别生成的文字内容会存储在服务器上，用于提供答案建议

6. 用户权利 / User Rights

您对您的数据拥有以下权利：

  • 数据删除：您可以随时联系我们删除您的账户和相关数据
  • 数据访问：您可以请求查看我们存储的关于您的所有数据
  • 账户注销：我们提供完整的账户注销协助服务

  • Secure Storage: Passwords are stored using encryption, payment data is handled by third parties
  • Local Audio: Interview recordings are stored locally on your device by default

4. AI Training Commitment

Important Commitment

We solemnly promise: Your data will NEVER be used to train any AI models. Your interview recordings, document content, conversation history, and all other data are used exclusively to provide real-time answer suggestions and will not be used for any model training or improvement purposes.

5. Recording Storage Policy

  • Local Storage: Interview recordings are stored locally in your browser by default; servers do not retain original audio files
  • Manual Save: If you wish to keep recordings, please manually download and save them
  • Transcribed Text: Speech-to-text content is stored on servers to provide answer suggestions

6. User Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Data Deletion: You can contact us at any time to delete your account and related data
  • Data Access: You can request to view all data we store about you
  • Account Deletion: We provide full account deletion assistance
