• Real-time speech-to-text transcription
• Knowledge base-powered intelligent answer suggestions
• Document upload and knowledge base management
• Interview recording and history lookup

2. User Responsibilities

When using this service, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate registration information
• Safeguard your account password and login information
• Not share your account with others
• Use AI suggestion features appropriately; not for fraud or improper purposes
• Ensure uploaded document content complies with laws and regulations

3. Payment and Credits

This service uses a credit-based payment model:

• Credit Purchase: You can purchase credits to use service features
• Credit Consumption: Using AI suggestion features consumes credits
• Non-Refundable: Purchased credits are not eligible for refunds
• Used Credits: Credits, once used, cannot be refunded
• Premium Plans: We offer monthly/yearly subscription plans with additional features

4. Intellectual Property

• User Content: You retain ownership of uploaded documents, interview recordings, and other content
• Platform License: You grant the platform the right to process your data solely for providing services
• Platform Property: RealtimeCopilot software, interface, branding, etc. are owned by the platform

5. Limitation of Liability

• Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
• We are not responsible for service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party service failures (such as AI APIs) may affect service availability

6. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Service may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons
• Third-party service failures may limit functionality

7. User Conduct

When using this service, the following behaviors are prohibited:

• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with service operation
• Using the service for fraud, scams, or other illegal activities
• Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful content
• Abusing AI suggestion features, such as batch requests or malicious credit consumption
• Infringing on others' intellectual property or privacy rights

8. Termination

• User Termination: You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time
• Platform Termination: If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account
• Data Retention: After account termination, we may retain necessary data for legally required periods

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of disputes, both parties should seek friendly resolution; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court at the platform's location.
